Developing a Corporate Social Responsibility program that impacts the country’s consciousness regarding their natural resources and the sustainable use. Began the development of Priceless Farms in central Uganda in 2005 now recognized in the region as a stunning example of Permaculture design and community development of a for-profit organization. The farm is focussed on agro-forestry, soil regeneration and forest reclamation supported by international exports of superior-grade herbaceous products, nutraceuticals and superfoods.
Nicholas Jeffery

Investment Banker and Growth Catalyst -TMT
Nicholas was VP sales and marketing, European MD / COO, and most recently CEO of several Internet service providers, migrating them all from leased line access only play to a managed service business. Most recently CEO of a Canadian public TMT company and under his stewardship took the company from $0.04 to 0.67c. $7m turnover to $27m turnover and became Toronto Stock exchange top fifty performing company in 2018 all in eighteen months. As COO of a SaaS company with development based in Moscow and sales and marketing in Atlanta, Georgia, he created the business plan and Investment strategy, raising $6m of first-round funding for the business and transformed the company from a managed service business to a product-based business.

Jenny Farmer
Carbon Science
Jenny has a PhD in Biological Science. Her entire professional career has been focused on understanding carbon in tropical landscapes. Her expertise includes smallholder agroforestry carbon project development, carbon standard methodology development, the measurement and modelling of soil and tree based carbon and community based natural resource management.
Kim Elton
CMO
Farm Investor & Co-Founder; is a US Citizen and has lived for over 37 years in Africa. His life has taken him around to over 100 countries and he has an extensive history in the large-scale catering industry. His interest in providing a foundation for his young daughter Chloe Goodwin and leaving the world in a better state than he found it has encouraged him to make a investment in founding Priceless Farms.
Joe is a warm-hearted intellectual with an endless love for food, people, and life. His knowledge and wisdom gained from his many years of operating large-scale businesses in Africa make him a strong counsel for the farm’s development.

Joseph was the Country Manager of AIESEC Uganda before joining Priceless Farms, where he leads the Organic certification process and is the Assistant Director in charge of day to day operations.

Sandra Attermo
Financial Manager Uganda
Sandra is an economist with experience in fintech and management consulting. She came to Uganda for the first time in 2015 to volunteer with microfinance and moved permanently to the country in 2020. As one of the newest members of the Priceless Farms team, she will be the on-site financial manager.
